	Ms. Cindi Taylor, Founding Partner Cindi Taylor is a dynamo; at least that is how one CEO described her. 	Ms. Sandi Miller, Founding Partner Sandi Miller is a person who is always exploring "opportunities looking for her". She describes herself as playful, positive, proactive and people oriented. She is active in mentoring both high school and college students who are serving in leadership positions at their schools. She especially enjoys working with teams of people that are not afraid of new challenges and leaders who would like to develop a comfort level of leading in a collaborative environment; accomplished where people's talents are solicited, utilized, and recognized.
